It’s official. My next project will be a straight ahead jazz standard vocal album. This has been a thing in my mind while. Whilst growing up, the first kind of music introduced to me by my Dad was jazz. I took an instant interest in the sound of it and my Dad recognized this in me. From then on, he wheedled me to do jazz when I grew up.
